Cancellation and Refunds

Plain rules for paying, stopping and getting money back. This page is part of our Terms of Service.

The short version

  • Cancel any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Changed your mind about your first payment? Ask within 14 days and get it all back.
  • A generation that fails costs nothing. The credits come back on their own.

Trials

Trials don’t ask for a card, so there is nothing to cancel. When the trial ends, you choose whether to pay.

Cancelling

A team owner can cancel the plan from the team’s billing settings, or by writing to [email protected]. There are no further charges after that. Everything keeps working until the end of the current month or year, and your work stays yours to export.

Removing seats lowers your next bill. The removed seats work until the end of the period already paid.

Refunds

  • First payment: full refund if you ask within 14 days, no questions asked.
  • After that: no refunds for part of a month or year. Cancel, and you won’t be charged again.
  • Credit top-ups: full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of those credits were used.
  • Our mistakes: double charges, charges after you cancelled, or a service we couldn’t deliver are always refunded.

At checkout you ask for access to start right away, so the 14-day legal withdrawal period for digital services ends once you start using Nutcracker. The refunds above are our own promise and still apply.

Credits

Credits pay for images, video and sound. The credits that come with your plan reset every month and don’t carry over. Top-up credits last 12 months. Credits have no cash value, except the unused top-ups described above.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email on your account. Fungies, our reseller, pays the refund back to the card or payment method you used. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
