Nutcracker makes images, video and sound with AI models from the companies below. You don’t need this page to use what you make: our Terms of Service and the commercial use certificate in your team settings already cover it. It is here for legal teams who want the source.
The short version
- What these models make for you can be used commercially, including in ads and in work for your clients.
- None of these companies claims to own what you make.
- Some models add watermarks or content credentials. Leave them in place.

Models we reach through KIE
We reach several video and image models through KIE, which holds the licenses with their makers. KIE confirmed to us in writing that what these models make through KIE can be used commercially by us and by our customers, including in advertising and in work delivered to clients. Rules every maker shares
- Don’t remove watermarks, content credentials or other marks that show content was made with AI.
- Label AI-made content where the law asks you to.
- Don’t use what you make to train other AI models.
